How to choose the right pet door

We have three sized pet doors. Our smallest pet door is suitable for cats and some smaller dog breeds, Our medium pet door is suitable for medium-sized dogs and you guessed it – our largest pet door is suitable for larger dog breeds.

So when choosing your pet door you need to first consider the size of your pet.

Follow the steps below:

  1. First measure your pet from the top of his elbow to the nape of his neck. This will help determine whether he will fit through the pet flap.

NOTE: This chart should be used as a guide only. Dogs vary in size, even within the same breed. If in doubt the best way to find out which pet door is the right size for your dog is to do a cardboard cut out of the opening size and see whether your pet can move comfortably through.
